Patrick Swayze is glad his boyish good looks are fading - because he never felt comfortable with them. At 53, the actor is still a heart-throb for thousands of female fans, but has aged visibly since he played JOHNNY CASTLE in 1987 film Dirty Dancing. But Swayze hated his looks during his prime and often felt "trapped" by them. He says, "I spent so long being frustrated by how I looked. I seemed so boyish, I was a man trapped in a boy's body for so many years. Now I guess I'm finally looking like a man."
