Halloween costumes for 2013? Don't look to the celebrities for inspiration.
It's that time of year again guys. We compile a list of the most bizarre celebrity Halloween costumes of 2013. We're not choosing the best costumes here - oh no - we're choosing the most ridiculous. Sort of the worst, but the best worst ones. You get the picture.
We anticipated that Breaking Bad Halloween costumes would be huge this year and so we've been disappointed with the celebrity effort on that front. Where are all the Jesse Pinkmans, the Walter Whites and the Gus Frings? Maybe they'll emerge later in the week but at the minute we're getting an influx of Miley Cyrus costumes, something we're not happy about at all.
We start with the frankly bizarre Paris Hilton, who still appears to be living life as a sweet sixteen birthday girl. She's 32. This year, she spent $5,000 on several ensembles for the annual Halloween party at the Playboy mansion on Saturday (October 26, 2013). Amongst them was the teddy bear outfit Miley Cyrus twerked in at the MTV Video Music Awards. She also put together a little Katy Perry 'Roar' jungle outfit.

Totally ridiculous, but the Contactmusic award for the most fantastically disappointing Halloween costume goes to Hilton's boyfriend River, 22, who appeared to be dressed as some weird undertaker. He's just padded his shoulders out with something and put a massive top hat on.
So anyway, it was Julianne Hough's turn to cause offense with a Halloween outfit this year. Clearly deciding against taking any advice from her media savvy boyfriend Ryan Seacrest, the dancer thought it was probably ok to wear a blackface. She is white.
The 25-year-old showed up at the Casamigos Tequila bash in Beverly Hills on Friday as 'Crazy Eyes,' the character played by Uzo Aduba in Netflix comedy-drama Orange is the New Black.

Laughing while appearing to hide her (black) face, Hough made her way to the party with friends dressed as other characters from the show. After an uproar on Twitter, the entertainer apologized for the costume.
"I am a huge fan of the show Orange Is the New Black, actress Uzo Aduba, and the character she has created," she tweeted, "It certainly was never my intention to be disrespectful or demeaning to anyone in any way. I realize my costume hurt and offended people and I truly apologize."
Tim Allen, you ridiculous man. That's all we have to say really. Well, we don't, but that's all we want to say. Sure he voiced Buzz Lightyear, but Tim Allen is also the man who turned up to Mike Meldman's Annual Halloween Party as a Detroit Lions football player. Yeah, this is a guy who even wore the helmet - that's the type of guy this guy is.

Stephanie Pratt, you idiotic woman. That's all we have to say really. Ok, she's not idiotic - although she is dating Spencer from Made in Chelsea - her Halloween outfit was totally idiotic. We have no idea what it is. It's just a weird red and white thing - is she...an Emirates air hostess? Make up your own minds up, but the photos of old Pratt hobbling across a lawn to reach the party are definitely enough to make this year's most ridiculous list.
Yeah we love John Stamos. Who doesn't love Stamos. Have you seen the guy playing table tennis in Entourage? The problem is, everyone knows that if you're going to a Halloween party the one golden rule is DO NOT be the guy in the corner with devil horns on his head. Don't be that guy. John Stamos is that guy.
Stephanie Pratt, as...something for Halloween 2013
Attending the same party as Hough and Pratt, Stamos turned up in a beautifully tailored suit with little devil horns and a red shirt. He probably wore the red shirt because it's the same color as blood. John Stamos? Ridiculous.

AZIZ ANSARI WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING? Ok, so there's another golden rule of Halloween parties. Don't be the guy with devil horns and most definitely DO NOT be the guy who turns up in normal clothes. Unfortunately, Aziz Ansari, you have broken this fundamental rule and will not be denied access to any Halloween party between now and the end of the world.
The Parks and Recreation star didn't even try to scuttle into the party unnoticed, he did thumbs up for photographers. Massive thumbs down Ansari, massive thumbs down.
