The 'Baywatch' babe was recently spotted frolicking with her former spouse - whom she split from after just two months - while on a beach holiday in Biarritz, France, earlier this year and she has now confirmed they have rekindled their romance.
Speaking on today's (17.10.13) episode of 'The Ellen Degeneres Show', she said: ''I say we're best friends ... with benefits. I don't want to meet anyone else.''
The 46-year-old star remained good humoured as host Ellen pointed out that she also continued to see former husbands Tommy Lee - with whom she has two sons, Brandon, 17, and Dylan, 15 - and Kid Rock after ending the respective relationships.
Pamela joked: ''It's recycling! No, I'm very happy. We're happy. He's a great guy.''
Pamela wed Rick in October 2007, but filed for divorce just two months later citing. The couple's marriage was annulled in March 2008 with ''fraud'' cited as the reason.
The 45-year-old film producer was previously married to 'Beverly Hills, 90210' actress Shannen Doherty.
