Pamela Anderson has written a furious letter to the US Postmaster General slamming Kentucky Fried Chicken's campaign to have founder COLONEL HARLAND SANDERS honoured on an American postage stamp. The former Baywatch star, who's a staunch animal rights activist, objects to KFC's treatment of chickens and insists it would be unethical for Sanders to be granted the prestige of appearing on a postage stamp. In the angry letter to JOHN E POTTER she writes, "Honouring a man whose legacy involves breaking animals' bones and scalding animals to death in defeathering tanks is contrary to the values of most compassionate citizens, and I hope that you'll deny KFC's request. How about another ELVIS (PRESLEY) stamp instead?"
