Single Review

Formerly of The Little Flames, Merseyside trio The Rascals have shared stages with an impressive list of names that includes The Coral, The Zutons and Arctic Monkeys. Following on from the success of their debut EP, they spend the majority of February with a tour of the U.K.

One listen of 'Suspicious Wit' will leave you in no doubt as to why Deltasonic Records snapped up this act, as they fit in perfectly with the sound of their label mates, right down to the thick Scouse vocals. Utilising a mixture of loud and quiet dynamics, it is an energetic and enthralling mixture of psychedelic guitars and groovy rhythm which initially impresses and gets better with every listen.
