Sia returns with a new single 'Pictures'. Sia still continues to sing for Zero7 where she made a name for herself but rightly deserves acclaim in her own right for her solo efforts. Indeed she has a unique voice and this delight down under is pretty special. 'Pictures' is a pop track that has a warmth and feminine sweetness to it. It's all about feel good vibes viewing life in a happy romantic way and moving on from relationships. It's not as eerie as stuff I've heard from her but certainly has more commercial appeal to a mass audience. I quite like the haunting side of Sia which she doesn't really show here however this has definite pop potential and shows flexibility to sound of the music that she's going for.
