In my head

American rock boys Queens of the Stone Age will release this wicked track, “in my head” on 11th July on Interscope Records.

I have to admit I was expecting something more rock and arggghhh! from them but this one has quite a content vibe and concentrates on the vocal talents of Josh Homme.

It’s still a great track, I like the QOTSA, and this song is brilliant. In comparison to “Songs for the deaf”, this song rocks. It’s full of intensity and rock and roll!
Apparently the guys don’t like to keep their clothes on, so I was pretty amazed when I saw the new video for this track – a naked man in snow! Was hoping for one of the guy’s… Rightly so, they were awarded Best International Newcomer at the Kerrang! Awards 2000.

The guys are going to be doing the festival rounds this year too – check them out at T in the Park, the Oxygen festival and Reading and Leeds, which is just to name a few!!! They will also be doing a duo tour with Nine Inch Nails which starts on September 16th in San Diego.

“In my head” is taken from the new album “Lullabies to paralyze” which was released on 13th June 2005.
