This remix of Simian's "Never Be Alone" has been going round the dancefloor's of Europe for a fair time now but its re-release should finally give it the recognition it deserves. The surprisingly compatible combination of funky Daft-Punk-esque beats and the "psychedelic folk" wailing of Simon Lord comes courtesy of the Parisian DJ duo Xavier de Rosnay and Gaspard Auge, aka Justice.

From the intro of stabbing synths it's a controlled mess of tight breaks and funky bass lines that samples only the "We are your Friends, You'll never be alone again" chorus line from Simians original.

"We are your friends" undeniably has enough infectious appeal to make it a hit and with their greatly anticipated debut album destined for release later this year it doesn't look like this will be the last we hear of Justice.
