HIM release a new single 'Bleed Well' as a digital download on December 10th 2007 exclusive to itunes through Sire / Warner Bros Records. and it's taken from their album 'Venus Doom'.

Produced by Tim Palmer (U2, The Cure) and co-produced by Hilli Hiilesmaa with HIM, 'Bleed Well' demonstrates HIM's brooding intensity and Ville Valo's enigmatic vocal delivery in a track that perfectly represents the dark romance that the band have made their name with.

Recorded in Helsinki, 'Venus Doom' is HIM's heaviest album to date. Ville Valo's love for Black Sabbath is evident as moments of doom metal pervade material such as the title track, whilst other songs such as 'Love In Cold Blood', 'Passion's Killing Floor' and 'Bleed Well' are more grandiose and riff-laden than what the band have previously delivered.
