Evil Ed has been on the UK hip hop scene for a long time producing and DJing. His resume is first class and has worked with all the underground major players in UK hip hop scene. This probably is the reason why there is so many fantastic MC’s on this album. There’s a whole host of well known and less known underground UK MC’s flexing wicked lyrics on genuine hip hop beats. Ed is an expert in art of turntabilism and production and there are a variety of sounds but to me they’re all in the purists’ sense of hip hop. Very funky, infectious
and groovy beats that provide an excellent oral experience for those intelligent minds. There’s depth there as well. To summarise this album is a first class hip hop album with the best upcoming UK MC’s in Britain. If you want an all round, well rounded hip hop album and want an introduction to this scene, buy this album.
