On September 17th, 2004, Elvis Costello and The Imposters took the stage at the unpretentious High Tone Café in Memphis, Tennessee and made music history. Tickets were a mere $20, and the room capacity was only 250. 

For any music fan, this was rock and roll heaven.

The room was hot and smelled like beer. The atmosphere was sweet. The organic nature only a small club can offer was inescapable. This was the perfect club gig, the one you always talk about and will be a benchmark in your musical memory.

Elvis Costello and The Imposters entered a small club on September 17th and changed lives.  Only on rare occasions does one become witness to such a monumental event in music.  An artist, larger than life, shared his gift with just a small group, a chosen few, and now you.
