Following on from the phenomenal success of their debut album, We Don't Need To Whisper, Angels And Airwaves are set to release a new single "It Hurts" on 24 July 2006.

Angels And Airwaves feature Tom DeLonge (vocals/guitars, ex Blink 182), David Kennedy (guitars, ex Boxcar Racer), Ryan Sinn (bass, ex Distillers) and Atom Willard (drums, ex Offspring and Rocket From The Crypt). Based in San Diego, California.

Currently on a European tour, the band have sold out all UK dates including 2 shows in London at the Astoria and Brixton Academy. Angels And Airwaves are also supporting Foo Fighters (personally requested by Dave Grohl!) at their huge outdoor shows at Hyde Park in London and Old Trafford in Manchester this month. At the end of June, they head back to the States to join up with Taking Back Sunday for a highly anticipated sold out arena tour.
