The current world of Alkaline Trio is not nearly as fraught with and fueled by drink and drama as in the band's formative years, thus, the making of the new album entitled Crimson produced by Jerry Finn (Green Day, Blink-182, Jawbreaker), is the most mature and ambitious 13 songs Alkaline Trio has ever pushed itself to create.

Alkaline Trio are set to tour the UK and release Mercy Me as their second single from the album Crimson.

Alkaline Trio were last here in August played to a sold out London Astoria following their wonderful acoustic secret show at Madame JoJo's earlier this year. They also played this years Reading Festival.

The single Time To waste was a huge success with Radio 1 and MTV playlisting the song and video. The band continue to grow as musicians and individuals and take with them an army of loyal fans.
