Rock wildman Ozzy Osbourne has won a court battle against former bandmates BOB DAISLEY and LEE KERSLAKE - after an appeals court upheld a judge's decision to dismiss their unpaid royalties lawsuit.

Ozzy was accused of owing the pair money and credits from two of his solo albums - BLIZZARD OF OZ and DIARY OF A MADMAN - after the rocker re-released them without their contributions.

However, an American court threw out the case for the second time last week (ends24OCT03).

Wife SHARON told reporters, "Bob Daisley and Lee Kerslake have harassed our family for several years. Because of their abusive and unjust behaviour, Ozzy wanted to remove them from these recordings."

Ozzy added, "The truth always prevails."
