Movie star Orlando Bloom is desperate for a stint on the London stage to hone his acting skills.
The 28-year-old was swept straight from drama school in London to a starring role in the Lord Of The Rings trilogy and he has become a massive hit in Tinseltown, also appearing in THE PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN: THE CURSE OF THE BLACK PEARL and its forthcoming sequel.
However, he admits he never actually had the chance to finish learning how to act.
Bloom says, "I have a feeling that it might be an idea to get back to London and do some theatre,
"In fact it's more than an idea. I think it's something that has to happen.
"I did theatre at drama school, but I didn't have the chance to do the stage work that, as a young actor, you feel you have to do before you do the big epic films."06/05/2005 17:06
