Media mogul Oprah Winfrey has been named the Most Influential Celebrity in America for the second year running.
The former talk show queen has kept hold of the top spot on the 2013 Forbes magazine list, with editors crediting her headline-grabbing interview with disgraced cycling champ Lance Armstrong for helping her to stay ahead of the pack. The athlete used the candid chat earlier this year (13) to confess to years of illegal doping.
Winfrey, who garnered 48 per cent of the approval rating, has edged out second-placed Steven Spielberg by just one point.
Fellow filmmakers Martin Scorsese, Ron Howard and Star Wars creator George Lucas round out the top five. U2 rocker Bono and actor/director Clint Eastwood also make the power countdown.
