Olly Murs is keen to take Nicole Scherzinger out on a date after discovering she had broken up with her long-term boyfriend, Lewis Hamilton, earlier this month.
The 'Dear Darlin' hitmaker has been hatching a plan to take the 'X Factor' judge on a romantic evening, in a bid to work his charm, after discovering she has broken up with her long-term boyfriend, Formula 1 racing driver Lewis Hamilton.
Speaking to the Daily Star newspaper, Olly said: ''I definitely want to ask Nicole out on a date now she's single again. I'd love her to be in one of my videos as well. I'm always trying to get hot girls in them!''
However, the 29-year-old singer - who is currently supporting Robbie Williams on his 'Take The Crown' European stadium tour - admits he has problems starting up a relationship with a girl because of his demanding career, but he insists he wouldn't change it for the world.
He explained: ''My main problem at the moment is whenever I do meet a girl, we hit it off but then before I know it, I'm back on a plane.
''I spend two weeks away and when I come back they've met someone else. But all the travelling is definitely worth it, my career is going really well at the moment.''
Although, it appears Olly needs to work on his bedroom skills if he wants to woo a female and strike up a romance.
He said: ''I'm like the Olympic champion at sleeping. I'm like Usain Bolt of sleeping anywhere, any time. Although I do still suffer from jetlag.''
