Olivia Wilde feels ''more fulfilled'' as she gets older.

The 30-year-old actress, who has 16-month-old son Otis with fiancé Jason Sudeikis, 39, insists she isn't worried about maintaining her looks or her career in the future because she feels happier than ever.

She said: ''I've embraced aging from both identities, as a woman and as an actress. Honestly, wisdom allows you to have a more fulfilled life.''

The 'Drinking Buddies' star also hopes she will have access to more complex acting roles in Hollywood as she continues to mature.

Speaking to the 30th anniversary September issue of Elle magazine, the 'BoJack Horseman' star added: ''As an actress, I think it's great when you're too old to play dumb.''

Olivia previously insisted she would never go under the knife in a bid to preserve her good looks.

She said: ''I am so saddened and grossed out by young women who look like creepy, old aliens because of their new Barbie noses and lips. Is that a smile or a grimace? Did you melt hot wax on your face, or is that your skin? A better approach: Take care of yourself now that you're old enough to know how. Drink water, sleep eight hours (I wish), and don't go within 400 feet of a tanning booth or I'll slap you. Hard.''
