Olivia Wilde has given birth to a healthy baby boy.

The 30 year-old actress welcomed her newborn, with fiancé Jason Sudeikis, on Wednesday (April 23rd).

The acting duo announced the arrival of Otis Alexander Sudeikis via Twitter.

"Ladies and gentlemen, Otis Alexander Sudeikis has LEFT the building! (I'm the building)," Wilde tweeted shortly after giving birth.

Along with the post was an adorable photograph of the new mummy cuddling her son.

The 'Cowboys & Aliens' actress has been very vocal throughout her pregnancy, especially on social media.

Only two months ago she posted a photograph of herself smiling while holding her large baby bump on Instagram. "Sure I've looked like this after Mexican food but this time it's a BABY," she jokingly wrote.

Wilde recently expressed the joy she felt of carrying around her unborn child for the past nine months, referring to it as a "badge of pride," in next month's issue of Lucky Magazine, in which she speaks candidly of her pregnancy experience.

"I just thought, oh I'm going to hide this forever. But I ended up getting kind of excited to show the bump, as a badge of pride," she said in the May 2014 issue. "Like 'I'm a woman! Look at me making a human! I am a goddess!'"

Wilde also explained how pregnancy didn't just affect her physical appearance either.

"Pregnancy does shed away all of the bulls-t. It gives you more empathy because you look at everyone and you think, you were a baby!" she said. "Pregnancy brings you into this sort of commune-you feel connected to women in a way that you never have."
