Olivia Wilde has announced her separation from royal husband Tao Ruspoli.
OLIVIA WILDE, the American actress and star of 'Tron: Legacy', has separated from her husband after eight years of marriage, reports People Magazine. 26-year-old Wilde first met the Italian Prince when she was 18 and six months later they eloped in Virginia. Ruspoli is a Los Angeles based filmmaker and documentarian, however, his family owns the Palazzo Ruspoli in Rome and a castle in Italy. A source said that the couple have been living separately for some time now and had attempted to sort their differences out before calling it quits. Recent speculation has suggested that Wilde may be in line to star as 'Lois Lane' in the forthcoming Superman movie, however, her next project is taking on the role of Justin Timberlake's on-screen mother in the sci-fi movie 'Now'.
In a recent issue of 'Women's Health' magazine, OLIVIA WILDE suggested that unconventionality was the key to her marriage with Ruspoli. Referring to her own wedding in particular, she said, "There was nothing traditional about it. You're not thinking, 'We must be perfect! It was, 'Hey, isn't this an optimistic thing to do? And if it lasts, we're lucky'.
