Olivia Cooke finds walking the red carpet ''nerve-wracking.''
The 'Me and Earl and the Dying Girl' star can't stop worrying about her outfit, hair and make-up when she attends film events as she's terrified of being slated for her choices.
She explained: ''Red carpets are so nerve-wracking. The make-up has to match the outfit; the outfit has to match the hair; the hair has to compliment everything and the shoes have to be just right. I'm just always thinking that when it's over, I can have a drink and some food, and just chill.''

Olivia Cooke found shaving her head for 'Me and Earl and the Dying Girl' ''humbling''.
The 'Bates Motel' actress plays leukemia sufferer Rachel alongside 'Project X' actor Thomas Mann in the comedy-drama and has admitted shaving her head for the role taught her a lot.
She said: ''Sales assistants would follow me around shops thinking I'd steal something when I had a shaved head. And when I 'd leave the bubble of the film set, I started to notice I wasn't getting attention from the opposite sex, which I hadn't realised I was used to. It was bizarre for a while but also humbling. You need a lot more substance than just being pretty to be a good person; it was a coming of age thing for me.''

British Actress Olivia Cooke Has Cleared Up Reports Suggesting She Perfected Her American Accent By Mimicking Reality Tv Star Kim Kardashian, Insisting Her Comments Have Been Twisted By The Media.
The 21 year old previously tried to adopt an American accent for her first few appearances on U.S. thriller series Bates Motel, and she gave it another go for her new film, Me and Earl and the Dying Girl.
She recently admitted putting on an American twang now has become "second nature" to her and she was reported to have used U.S. TV shows like Friends and Keeping Up With the Kardashians to ensure her accent is spot on.
She said, "The influx of American TV (in the U.K.) means I'm always trying to do a Rachel and a Ross thing because I watched so much Friends. We are always mimicking and trying to sound like the Kardashians and everything like that. My sister does a great Kim Kardashian impression..."

She says, "Now it is easy but the first time I did it in the first two episodes of Bates Motel my accent is awful, it's really, really bad. Two and a bit years on it is second nature though.

High school can be the worst time for some people, and for Greg Gaines (Thomas Mann), it turned out to be especially horrible. His parents inform him that his classmate, Rachel Kushner (Olivia Cooke), has been diagnosed with leukemia. The two make a fast friendship out of a mutual intention to not be sympathetic, but that plan doesn't work out as well as planned. Greg and his best friend Earl make 'bad films' in their spare time, and decide to devote a film to Rachel. Unfortunately, as they specialise in bad films, they struggle to make something that will truly honour her and cheer her up.

Kendall Schmidt and Emily Kinney joined in the ghostly gathering with questions from their own Twitter followers.
With the forthcoming release of supernatural horror 'Ouija', the cast were joined at Hollywood Cemetery by some fellow TV and movie stars at a special screening. Though this wasn't any normal screening, as what soon followed was a spine-chilling night of paranormal drama.
Olivia Cooke [L] and Ana Coto [R] star in 'Ouija'
Olivia Cooke, Bianca A. Santos, Shelley Hennig, Daren Kagasoff and Ana Coto got involved in a real life séance on October 10th 2014 in support of their new movie, which sees their characters suffering the consequences of a spirit's unrest during a similar ritual. Also at the event were Nickelodeon actor and musician Kendall Schmidt, who had been spreading the word over Twitter; 'The Walking Dead' star Emily Kinney; and Ryan Ochoa from Disney XD's 'Pair of Kings' among others. Leading the proceedings was famed magician Rob Zabrecky, who acted as the spirit medium - and a very spooky one at that!
Sometimes, the most terrifying experiences come from childhood games. One such case is that of the Ouija board - a board game designed for communicating with the dead. Debbie (Shelley Hennig) choses to stay in one night and not go out on the town with her friends. While at home, she discovers a mysterious Ouija board in an upstairs room and is later found dead. Her friends decide that, as they miss her, they want to contact her in the afterlife via an Ouija board that they also discover. After making a connection with the afterlife, the friends soon realise that the board is linked to them and bringing them into conflict with an old spectre that seems hell-bent on tormenting them. The Ouija board is not a game for them anymore - it is a newfound level of ultimate terror.

You don't need a ouija board to join this horror movie's 'social séance'.
In what could be one of the most unique interactive ideas for a horror movie yet, Kendall Schmidt will take part in a 'social séance' on October 10th alongside a special screening of upcoming ghost flick 'Ouija'.
(L-R) Douglas Smith, Olivia Cooke and Ana Coto star in 'Ouija'
From the producers of 'Paranormal Activity' and 'The Texas Chainsaw Massacre', and starring Olivia Cooke from 'Bates Motel', 'The Secret Life of the American Teenager' actor Daren Kagasoff and up-and-coming star Ana Coto, the movie is set in a spooky old house where a girl is killed after apparently awakening a malevolent spirit when she stumbled across a lost ouija board. In a bid to make contact once again, her beloved sister decides to set up a séance with their friends using the same spirit board. However, it soon becomes clear that this chilling game is a lot more real (and dangerous) than they could ever have anticipated. The film serves as the directorial debut of Stiles White, who co-wrote the screenplay alongside Juliet Snowden, with whom he previously worked on 'The Possession' and 'Knowing'.

Then it begins to dawn on them that they may have made a big mistake as they are brutally attacked by an anonymous assailant. Nic wakes up to find himself locked up in a research lab full of men in biohazard suits and a formidable man named Damon determined to interrogate him about what he saw. It's clear that some unearthly power is leading the people of Earth astray with a strange phenomena known as The Signal.
