Oksana Grigorieva has claimed she didn't release explosive tapes documenting Mel Gibson's alleged violence towards her.
The Russian singer - who is currently involved in a bitter custody battle with the actor over their 12-month-old daughter Lucia - says she doesn't know how the tapes were leaked.
However, despite denying revealing the explosive audio recordings to the world, Oksana admits she wants everyone to know how much of a "bully" her former partner is.
She explained: "I've never leaked those tapes. I'd like for people to know the real Mel Gibson. Even though he's rich and famous, he's a bully. And I want other Women that are in my situation to stand up to the bullies, even though it's difficult and scary."
The Los Angeles district attorney is currently in the process of deciding whether or not to charge the 54-year-old actor - who allegedly attacked Oksana while she had their daughter in her arms - with domestic violence.
Meanwhile, an investigation is also underway to determine whether the 40-year-old beauty attempted to extort millions from the 'Edge of Darkness' star in return for keeping the explosive tapes private, something which Oksana vehemently denies.
She added to People magazine: "I'm only fighting for my daughter. He needs to understand that and stop destroying me and my name."
