British rocker Noel Gallagher has unveiled a star-studded line-up for Roger Daltrey's annual charity gigs after signing up Kasabian, Primal Scream and Russell Brand.

The Who star organises a series of fundraising concerts every year in aid of The Teenage Cancer Trust, but he has handed control of the 2013 performances over to Gallagher so he can hit the road for a tour.

The former Oasis star has gathered his rock friends to perform, while Brand and British comedian Noel Fielding will provide the comedy, according to U.K. newspaper The Sun.

Gallager says, "The Teenage Cancer Trust do a brilliant job and I've always been more than pleased to lend my support to their fundraising events."

The rocker performed at the fundraising gigs in 2010.
