Nicole Kidman's upcoming Grace Kelly biopic has had its release date pushed back as bosses rush to finish the film.

Grace of Monaco, which features Kidman as the actress-turned-princess, was scheduled to hit theatres in November (13), making it a contender for Hollywood's next awards season.

However, the drama is now out of contention as studio executives have set a new opening date for sometime next spring (14), according to The Hollywood Reporter.

The movie also stars Tim Roth, Paz Vega, Parker Posey, Frank Langella and Sir Derek Jacobi.
