The film, which features Johnson alongside Karen Gillan, Nick Jonas, Jack Black and Kevin Hart, is a continuation rather than a reboot of the 1995 children’s classic which starred the late Robin Williams.

Singer Nick Jonas was reportedly offered $2 million to perform at the Republican National Convention last week, according to TMZ. The reports come after it was also claimed Justin Bieber was approached to play at a Republican Party event, but he was offered the larger sum of $5 million.

Nick Jonas reportedly turned down $2 million to play at the RNC.

Like Justin, Nick also turned down the high priced offer. The gossip site reports that Nick’s team got the offer to play a free concert in Cleveland on July 24th, the show was intended to be a thank-you to the people of Cleveland for hosting the RNC.

Demi Lovato and Nick Jonas paid a heartfelt tribute to the victims of last month’s shooting at Orlando’s Pulse nightclub during their gig in Florida on Saturday. Nick Jonas has admitted he was really the one who called time on the Jonas Brothers back in 2013. Speaking on Tuesday’s edition of ‘Watch What Happens Live’, Nick says the band’s break-up was difficulty for the family, but they're all good now.

Nick Jonas says he was the reason the Jonas Brothers split.

"It was a very tough conversation, and it left the family kind of shaken up for a little while. I mean we were about to start a tour. We were two days from starting a tour," he told host Andy Cohen. "We're good now.”

Nick Jonas appears to have referenced his ex-girlfriend, singer Selena Gomez, in the lyrics for his new single ‘Area Code’. The lyrics appear to reference one of Gomez’s songs and may indicate their relationship isn’t entirely at an end.

Singer Selena Gomez has spoken about her highly publicised relationship with Justin Bieber, saying that she doesn't think she was doing anything bad by falling in love. The two popstars dated for nearly five years before finally ending their relationship for good in 2014.

Major celeb relationship gossip alert! Romance has apparently blossomed between Kendall Jenner and Nick Jonas. Sources close to both parties have told Us Weekly that the pair came together thanks to the matchmaking efforts of their mutual friend and uber-connected model Gigi Hadid.

Kendall, the 19 year old model and current Estee Lauder ambassador, and the former Jonas brothers pop-star-turned-actor have reportedly been fanning the flames of their chemistry via text message over the last couple of weeks. Nick Jonas gatecrashed a number of house parties in Los Angeles on Friday (27th March) when he helped deliver alcohol and other party supplies through an app called Saucey. Jonas is an investor in Saucey, the West Hollywood based company which promises to deliver alcohol in 20-40 minutes. Jonas made 10 deliveries over the course of the evening and even stopped at some of the parties to share a drink and sing for the customers.

Nick Jonas has assured his legions of fans that they will get a chance to see him in concert this spring, after Iggy Azalea rescheduled her Great Escape tour for later this year. The singer was due to perform as the opening act on Azalea's tour, which will now begin in September without Jonas.

Writing on Twitter after Azalea’s announcement Jonas said, “Unfortunately I'm not able to join the rescheduled Great Escape Tour, but you will still get to see me this spring, details coming!”

In the 10 part series, Nick stars as an aspiring MMA fighter trying to put his family's issues behind him as he trains for the Octagon. Alongside him is Frank Grillo, who plays Nick's former champion fighter father.

Who's have thought Nick Jonas would play an MMA fighter?

For the role, Nick gained around 15 pounds of muscle, transforming his body into that of a professional fighter. He told E! News, "I really wanted to look like an animal who internalizes a lot, but when he's in the cage and he's fighting that's when you see this kind of animalistic mentality that he has.”

BRET MICHAELS was forced to leave the stage whilst performing at his concert in Manchester, New Hampshire last night (29th May). The 51-year-old seemingly unable to continue, three songs into the performance, and was quickly seen by paramedics.

Bret Michaels was forced to leave his concert on Thursday evening (29th May).

Michaels, who is best known as the frontman of Poison, has suffered from Type 1 diabetes since childhood and it appears this health scare was linked to his condition.

The Jonas Brothers could be breaking up according to reports.

It could be the end of the line for the Jonas Brothers, namely Kevin, Joe and Nick, as they are, according to TMZ, heading in separate directions. It seems the band has lost its identity and they have cancelled their upcoming tour, which was due to begin today (11th October). The tour was set to encompass 19 venues all of which have been called off.

Nick Jonas posted a topless photograph of himself on Instagram. The photo shows the twenty-year-old singer showing off his muscular torso with his Nike shorts resting dangerously low on his hips. The picture has attracted a great deal of attention, receiving over 198K likes on Instagram. Many fans have expressed their appreciation of the Jonas' physique. Cory Monteith was found dead at noon on Saturday 13th July 2013. He'd been staying at the Fairmont Pacific Rim Hotel in Vancouver. The actor was due to leave the hotel after a week's stay but failed check out at noon. His body was discovered by hotel staff and early reports suggest the 31-year-old had been dead for several hours. Reports have not indicated why the Calgary born actor was staying alone in Vancouver.

Monteith's representative, Melissa Kates, released a statement confirming the 31-year-old's death. Speaking to USA Today, Kates said: "We are so saddened to confirm that the reports on the death of Cory Monteith are accurate. We are in shock and mourning this tragic loss".

Kevin Jonas, born Paul Kevin Jonas II, will be a father. The announcement that his wife Danielle is pregnant came during an interview with E! Online. The couple have been married since 2009 after meeting in the Bahamas in 2007.

Kevin Jonas is the oldest of the Jonas Brothers, his younger siblings are Joe and Nick.  The pop-group are currently touring throughout the US and Canada. Tickets for the shows, the last being on August 16th, have completely sold out. The Jonas Brothers have announced they will be recording a new studio album sometime this year (2013).

The Jonas Brothers made a comeback recently. Didn’t notice? Well that’s because they only formed in 2005, and they’ve pretty much been around since then. Still, comebacks and reunions sell, so we can see why they’ve marketed whatever it is they’ve done, as that.

We spend a lot of time together, even when we're not doing music, but finally making music together is great and we are very happy that people are actually showing up to concerts and listening to the music yet again," Jonas Brother Joe told MTV News. But if you think they just came up with all the music and said “let’s go,” then you’d be wrong. It took deliberation, and a failed batch of songs to get back on track. "It wasn't right where we wanted it to be. It wasn't progressive enough. I think this record we wanted to take the time needed." After they worked on separate projects (yes, we’re playing along with this reunion) they decided to get back together and give the crowds what they want.

Miley Cyrus was "absolutely right" when she suggested the Jonas Brothers' song 'Wedding Bells' was about her, according to the man who wrote it! Nick Jonas - a former boyfriend of Miley - has reacted to comments she made about the song "blatantly" being about her impending nuptials.

This week, Ryan Seacrest point-blank asked Nick if the song was about Cyrus, to which he quickly confirmed, "[Miley's] absolutely right. When you're with someone who's an artist, it's just about being open and honest about the fact that your life is what you have to write about sometimes, and pull from your life inspiration." So there you have it. It seems Nick got the song-writing bug after hearing of Miley and Liam Hemsworth's engagement. He might have three more songs in the works given recent tabloid rumors concerning the couple's wedding. According to Star magazine, Miley is planning three wedding ceremonies in total, one in Los Angeles, one in her native Tennessee, and another in Melbourne, Australia, where Liam is originally from.

Miley is currently working on her forthcoming album, while Hemsworth is currently shooting The Hunger Games sequel Catching Fire, set for release in November 2013.

Miley Cyrus told Ryan Seacrest today (18th Oct. 2012) that she considers it 'blatant' that the Jonas Brothers' song 'Wedding Bells' is about her. Nick Jonas and Miley Cyrus dated for over a year back in 2006-7. Since then however, Cyrus began dating Liam Hemsworth, who found his fame in The Hunger Games, and have since got engaged!

Speaking to Seacrest the actress/singer is adamant the song is about her, MTV reports: "I don't know who else is getting married. ... So I feel like that's pretty blatant, it's whatever. Like I said, everyone has to write songs that are about things that they felt and he even introduced that this isn't the way that I am." She said, "You can't ever hate on someone for writing about something you've been through. I think that you kind of get a fair warning when you date an artist and someone that's a writer. When you're going through things that you're going to end up hearing about it on the radio. I don't know...wedding bells are in my future, so I don't know."

With lyrics such as "She says, can you keep a secret / A ceremony set for June/ I know it's a rush but I just love him so much/ I hope that you can meet him soon" we can see why Miley might think the song is about her- but she certainly hasn't kept either her relationship or engagement a secret. Since Cyrus, Nick has dated another actress and singer, Australian Delta Goodrem. The couple broke up earlier this year- perhaps her engagement is the secret the Jonas Bros. song refers to? I guess we'll either have to wait and find out, or be content never knowing.
