When Slater's girlfriend Nadia is kidnapped from her apartment by a violent group, his only hope of finding her lies in a mysterious organisation known as Brand New-U. They offer a unique service to their clients, identifying 'identicals' and helping people leave behind their troubled previous lives in favour of more successful and affluent lives. However, there's one rule for all involved in the program; you must take nothing with you on your new journey. Also, while it's free to all those who use it (which is just as well because Slater has found himself totally broke), he may be forced to kill his donor. All he wants is to find his lover, but that becomes a minefield of a task when there's parallel lives at every turn and it soon becomes clear that he's starting to forget himself.

In news that will come as a disappointment to many fans of the genre, it has been reported that ABC and Marvel are not going ahead with their planned 'Agents of SHIELD' spin-off starring season 2 favourites Barbara 'Bobbi' Morse and Lance Hunter, played by Adrianne Palicki and Nick Blood.

According to Deadline, the idea had been for the untitled show to follow on from events in the second season of 'Agents of SHIELD', but the proposal had left fans divided over the thought of taking some of the strongest new characters away from the main 'SHIELD' series.

Marvel's Agents Of S.h.i.e.l.d. Stars Adrianne Palicki And Nick Blood Are In Talks To Topline A Spin-off Of The Hit Action Drama.
Palicki and Blood play ex-husband-and-wife duo Lance Hunter and Bobbi Morse in the hit series, but bosses at America's ABC network are eyeing a project which would put the complicated pair at the forefront.
While details of the potential spin-off are being kept secret, it will be led by S.H.I.E.L.D. executive producer Jeffrey Bell and series writer Paul Zbyszewski, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
The news comes hours after 12 Years a Slave scribe John Ridley confirmed he is working with Marvel executives on a mystery show on ABC, but also refused to share any details about which comic book characters he will be helping to bring to life onscreen.

We were expecting some Agents of SHIELD casting news from San Diego Comic Con and Marvel didn't disappoint, announcing three new actors for season two on Saturday. Most notably, they confirmed the worst kept secret in TV - that Lucy Lawless will be joining the show.
Agents of SHIELD was a big hit for ABC
The actress will play Isabelle Hartley, a long-time SHIELD veteran who's tough and known to brandish a knife. As Slash Film notes, Hartley doesn't appear to have previously appeared in Marvel comics and her name is not in the Marvel comics database. In other words - she's a new character.
