Zooey Deschanel And Joseph Gordon-levitt Team Up

Zooey Deschanel and Joseph Gordon-Levitt team up have teamed up to record a New Year's Eve tune together.

The pair - who are longtime friends and have previously starred alongside each other in '500 Days of Summer' - joined forces to post a video of Nancy Wilson classic 'What Are You Doing New Year's Eve?' on video-sharing website YouTube.

Wearing a sparkly tiara, Zooey takes on the role of lead singer, while Joseph accompanies her on his guitar.

The duo first bonded on the set of 'Manic' 12 years ago before coming together again eight years later in '500 Days of Summer', and Zooey Hopes to film a "thousand more movies" with Joseph.

Writing on her Hello Giggles blog, she said: "When we did '500 Days of Summer' eight years later, we spent every lunch hour dancing to Marvin Gaye in The Hair and make up trailer; we had loads of fun. "I hope to do a thousand more movies with him, because he's simply the best."
