Zoe Saldana has been spotted with a new mystery man.

The 'Avatar' actress - who split from 'Silver Linings Playbook' star Bradley Cooper last month after more than a year together - spent the day laughing with a dark haired man on the streets of Hollywood on Saturday (26.01.13), according to the MailOnline.

Zoe broke up with the 38-year-old Oscar nominee shortly before the Christmas holidays following their reconciliation in September after a six-month split and her good pal Gabrielle Union recently insisted she is doing ''great'' and is over the breakup.

She said: ''She's awesome.''

The best friends rang in the New Year together after Zoe ditched her holiday plans with Bradley and Gabrielle revealed they had a great time.

She said: ''Our girl time is usually spent singing, drinking and dancing, and that's exactly what we did [on New Year's Eve].''

Sources say the romance fizzled out once more as they were both busy with their careers - Bradley has been shooting a commercial while Zoe has been filming 'Star Trek' and 'Blood Ties'.

Bradley, 38, and Zoe, 34, met on the set of their movie 'The Words' and dating for three months before splitting last March.

Recently it was claimed Bradley's mother, Gloria, was keen for him to settle with Zoe and had been spending time with her to discover if she was the right woman for her son.

A source said: ''Gloria loves Zoe, but she wants to know what her intentions are with the relationship. She knows Zoe isn't getting any younger and is hoping that if she is the one that they will settle down soon.

''Ideally, she wants a grandchild so the pressure is on for Bradley to put a ring on it.''
