This is very upsetting. If Trayvon Martin was white, George Zimmerman would have been arrested and would have not been released. If a black person would have simply fought a white person in self defense they would have been arrested quicker than George Zimmerman. It is important to note that George Zimmerman is not white and this is key in understanding that white supremacist are not the only ones gunning down black people unjustifiably. There is a message being sent that it is ok to kill black children. This concerns me because I have a two black children. I am convinced that black people cannot leave in peace amongst non-blacks. Now I understand that every non-black is not as devilish, evil and ignorant as George Zimmerman, however, since non-black people know they can kill someone black and get away with it, this concerns me which is why I am moving to an all black suburb. Now yes there is black on black crime as well, but that is usually related to internalized racism, internalized oppression, etc. (i.e. built up tension due to lack of resources, self hate) and is more common in the poverty stricken black communities. Which is why I have concluded that an all black suburb is the place for me and my children. Furthermore, if blacks in this condition was not taught to hate themselves through media images and was not taught they are worthless by racist K-12 curriculum, this black on black crime would not be the case. Furthermore it is important to note that it has been common practice for whites to kill blacks and blame it on other blacks and racist cops have done this a lot throughout history which is why when I hear about black on black crime, I question if that was really the case. Was it black on black crime? Or was it a racist cop or other devil? George Zimmerman is an evil, racist devil and he would not have killed a non-black child in this manner. It is sad that black people get no justice in this racist system. Black unity is a must, especially in the midst of all this evilness. As I stated earlier the following message is being sent, "It is ok to kill black children." This scares me because I have 2 black children. I refuse to live around non-blacks who are willing to abuse their power on me and my children this way. I refuse to live around non-blacks because they have more political power than me and they know they could kill me and my children at any moment and get away with it. Should black children start investing in a bullet proof vest?
