Wrestler Buddy Landel Passed Away On Monday (22jun15) Aged 53.
The World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc (WWE) star, real name William Ansor, was involved in a car crash on Sunday (21Jun15) and passed away at his Virginia home a day later after being discharged from hospital.
Landel made his wrestling debut in 1979 before joining WWE, which was then named WWF, in 1995.
A statement from officials at WWE reads, "WWE is saddened to learn of the passing of William Ansor, aka 'Nature Boy' Buddy Landel... WWE extends its condolences to Landel’s family, friends and fans."
The sportsman is survived by his wife and two daughters.
