Woods Sells Up In Santa Monica
Lord Of The Rings star Elijah Wood is selling the home he bought from actor Dylan McDermott.
Wood has placed the Santa Monica, California property he bought in 1999 on the market for $1.85 million (£1.2 million).
The Spanish-style home was built in 1924 and comes with a guesthouse, three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Due to the ongoing housing crisis, Wood won't be making much of a profit from the sale - records, obtained by the Los Angeles Times newspaper, show he bought the home for $1.45 million (£900,000) 12 years ago.
