Williams Ready For Fatherhood

The Angels hitmaker, who previously dated Spice Girls Geri Halliwell and Melanie Chisholm, insists he has found his soulmate in 28-year-old American actress Ayda Field - and he can't wait to start a family with her.

He says, "Family is on the agenda, I really want some little monkeys running around. It is about time - I'm 35 and it's been a good innings, so we said, 'Let's do it!'

"Life feels an awful lot different now I've met Ayda. You put a lot of energy into the wrong relationships. Then somebody presents themselves to you and after two months you say, 'Right, when is the extra head going to turn up?'

"But she carried on being her and has continued to be more lovely ever since, so I'm staying put."

The former Take That singer has already pinpointed Australia as the place where he and Field will settle down, recruiting his pal, singer Dannii Minogue, to help the couple find their dream home Down Under.

He adds, "Ayda had a psychic feeling she would end up in Australia, so I said let's do it. I seriously, seriously am wanting to come down there and get a place. I want beach, Outback, kangaroos in the garden, all in one place - the essentials are kangaroo, rainforest and a tan.

"I can't wait to get there. And Dannii has promised, 'It will be our mission to find you a place - I'm thinking Palm Beach.'"
