Willa Ford To Divorce Retired Ice Hockey Player Mike Modano
Singer and actress Willa Ford has split from her sports star husband Mike Modano just weeks before their fifth wedding anniversary.
The Friday the 13th star, 31, exchanged vows with the retired ice hockey player on 26 August, 2007, but the couple has since parted ways.
A statement issued to People.com reads: "It is with great sadness that after five years of marriage, Willa and Mike have decided to divorce. They remain friends and wish each other success and happiness."
Ford, real name Amanda Lee Modano, dated Backstreet Boys star Nick Carter for three years before she fell in love with her husband.
