Will Smith - Will Smith Opens Up His Home For Obama Fundraiser
15 October 2012Will Smith and his wife Jada are to co-host a fundraiser for U.S. leader Barack Obama's presidential campaign at their home in Calabasas, California later this month (Oct12).
The Hollywood supercouple will welcome First Lady Michelle Obama, movie mogul James Lassiter and Salma Hayek as part of an exclusive luncheon on 25 October (12).
Guests will have to pay a $2,500 (£15,600) contribution to the Obama Victory Fund to grab a seat at the event, while those splashing out $10,000 (£6,250) will get the chance to meet the guest of honour, Mrs. Obama, and have a picture taken with her.
The Smiths are the latest celebrities to host a star-studded fundraiser for Obama - Gwen Stefani, George Clooney and Sarah Jessica Parker have already done their bit to help re-elect the President.
Obama will go up against chief rival Mitt Romney on U.S. election day next month (Nov12).
