Whitesnake Duo Quit

WHITESNAKE stars URIAH DUFFY and CHRIS FRAZIER have quit the rock group to pursue other musical ventures.
David Coverdale's band announced the news of the bass player and drummer's departure last week (ends18Jun10).
Drummer Brian Tichy will replace Frazier and the group is still "exploring options" for a new bassist.
A statement from Coverdale reads, "We wish Uriah and Chris every success in pursuing their individual musical careers and express our sincere gratitude for the exceptional contribution they both made to the legacy of the band."

I can understand why they quit, they probably felt their music career was passing them by, it is hard being in a rock group that was created in another decade. They are young and want to be seen in a young and happening rock band, not some band from the 80's. It makes them feel old and that their music career isn't going anywhere. Especially when they see new rock bands coming up.
