The singer moved to end his marriage to his wife Jessica in November 2011, and legal papers filed at Los Angeles County Superior Court reveal the union has now been dissolved.

There will be a further hearing to determine spousal support and division of assets, according to Tmz.com.

Last February (12), Jessica asked for the court to disregard the couple's prenuptial agreement, but later withdrew her request after reaching a private financial agreement with the rocker.

The pair wed in 2008 and has no children together.
