Wayne Newton - Wayne Newton Sued By Ex-business Partner

The veteran singer is facing legal action from an unnamed former associate, who claims he invested millions to turn Newton's Las Vegas mansion into a museum.

The plaintiff alleges Newton blocked development plans by refusing to vacate his home during construction and failing to remove his horses and dogs from the property.

The complainant goes on to sensationally accuse the Danke Schoen hitmaker of "obnoxious sexual behavior" towards a young female worker, who resigned after she was allegedly forced to withstand "wet, sloppy, and disgusting" kisses that were "clearly of a sexual nature".

The lawsuit, obtained by Tmz.com, states, "She had to brace herself every time she saw him for this inevitable assault."

The singer is being sued for breach of contract and fraud, but the woman mentioned in the papers has yet to file a complaint.
