Wavves - Wavves Bassist Kicked Out Of Vmas For Pot Possession

Stephen Pope, the bassist for punk act Wavves, was reportedly kicked out of Sunday night's (28Aug11) MTV Video Music Awards for allegedly taking marijuana to the ceremony.
Frontman Nathan Williams went public with the news via Twitter.com from the event in Downtown Los Angeles.
He wrote, "@SteviePopJr already got kicked out for having weed and booze? Ahhhhh I gotta sit by myself now."
He added, "Damn f**k what the f**k they took dudes fingerprints for having pot?"
