The members of soul-funk supergroup WAR don't like the taste of the latest Pepsi Max TV commercial, which features their signature song.
The bandmates claim Pepsi bosses used the War tune Why Can't We Be Friends? without permission, and now they want $10 million (£6.6 million) in damages.
According to court documents, obtained by TMZ.com, the band "did not consent to the use of their performance" and claims the commercial is "a deliberate violation" of their licensing arrangements.
