Vivienne Westwood Goes Fur-free
The British designer has banned fur from her lines after meeting with representatives of People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals Europe (PETA).
A spokesman for Westwood says, "We have not used fur of any kind in next season's collection, and have no plans to use it in the future."
MCCartney, the daughter of Beatles legend Sir Paul, made the same pledge to PETA.
