Victoria Beckham always styles her hair based on what she is wearing.

The fashion designer - who has children Brooklyn, 13, Romeo, 10, Cruz, seven, and 16-month-old daughter Harper with husband David Beckham - goes for an ''undone glamour'' look when she is out and about and her clothing ''sets the tone'' for how she is going to wear her tresses, according to her hairdresser Ken Paves.

He said: ''Victoria knows what she wants. She's very versatile. For her, hair is part of her fashion. What

she's wearing sets the tone for her hair. Her style is undone glamour, so it never looks like I've been there at all! A compliment, I think.

''She has a great creative eye and an eye for strong visuals. We chat everything through first and the hair follows what she decides to wear. The outfit comes first.''

Ken insists Victoria - who is known for her posh pout - is a lot more ''down to earth'' than people give her credit for, and he believes the brunette beauty and soccer star David make an ''awesome couple''.

He added to new! magazine: ''Her and David are such an awesome couple. Victoria is so down to earth and surprising. One minute, we're chatting and the next, she's posting stuff on Twitter - her in gigantic shoes and the two of us serving coffee at Starbucks!''
