The couple became first-time parents when their little boy Camden was born in September (12), but the brunette beauty admits motherhood took its toll on her emotions and she broke down in tears as she adjusted to her new role.

She tells UsMagazine.com, "Well, I'll never forget day four after Camden was born. I was in bliss the first three days and by day four, I had a moment where I was crying and just needed a second. I was flooded by emotions.

"I remember needing to get out of the house. I was like, 'I need me right now.' I went out, put the windows down in my car, and One Republic's Feel Again came on the radio. I turned it up and felt so much better. I came home, took a shower without any interruption. It is so important to make 'me' time."
