The stars of THE TWILIGHT SAGA: ECLIPSE were the big winners at the People's Choice Awards in Los Angeles on Wednesday night (05Jan11).
Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart missed out on early honours as Johnny Depp won the Favourite Movie Actor a year after he was awarded the first Favourite Movie Actor of the Decade Award at the 2010 event.
Pattinson and Stewart also missed out on the Favourite Movie Star Under 25 Award - to Zac Efron.
But then the movie vampires took over, winning four big awards, including the night's Favourite Movie honour and Favourite Movie Actress (Stewart).
Eminem also claimed four big awards - for Favourite Male Artist and Favourite Hip-Hop Artist and for his Rihanna duet Love The Way You Lie, which was named Favourite Song and Favourite Music Video.
TV medical drama House was also a quadruple winner, taking home the Favourite TV Drama honour, while stars Hugh Laurie and Lisa Edelstein claimed the Favourite TV Drama Actor and Actress awards. Laurie was also named Favourite TV Doctor.
Other multiple winners included Katy Perry, who was named Favourite Female Artist and Favourite Online Sensation; TV hit Glee, which claimed the Favourite TV Comedy and Favourite TV Comedy Actress (Jane Lynch), and Adam Sandler, who picked up the Favourite Comedic Actor honour, while his 2010 movie Grown Ups landed the Favourite Comedy Movie accolade.
Tim Roth was also a surprise double winner, picking up the Favourite TV Crime Fighter award for his role in Lie To Me. The show also won the Favourite TV Crime Drama.
