Valerie Bertinelli - Valerie Bertinelli Releasing Cookbook

The Hot In Cleveland star, a former spokesmodel for weight loss firm Jenny Craig, has been busy taste-testing every one of her top dishes to perfect the results and she will compile her best recipes for One Dish at a Time, named after the U.S. TV series One Day at a Time, on which she found fame in the late 1970s.

A source tells America's National Enquirer tabloid, "Valerie is a perfectionist and would never release a cookbook without making sure all of her recipes were tasty. She's very careful about what she attaches her name to, so she approved the recipes and then tasted every single one and made the necessary changes."

The book is due out this autumn (12).
