The canine star of The Artist is to leave his mark in Hollywood with a pawprint ceremony at the historic Grauman's Chinese Theatre.
Uggie became a sensation last year (11) after sharing the screen with French actor Jean Dujardin in the Oscar-winning silent movie, but he retired from Hollywood earlier this year (12) after a decade in the spotlight.
However, Uggie's legacy will live on - he's been invited to plant his paws in wet cement outside Grauman's, alongside handprints and autographs left by icons including Marilyn Monroe, Cary Grant and Frank Sinatra.
Uggie's pawprint ceremony will take place on Monday (25Jun12).
