Tyler Combines Method Acting + Dieting
Actress LIV TYLER combined method acting with dieting on the set of new horror movie The Strangers - by running around before shooting intense sequences.
The 29-year-old mother of one was pleased to notice the weight drop off quickly.
She says, "Whenever I had to film an intense scene, I'd run around the lot to get out of breath. I lost about 10 pounds in a couple of weeks."
