Two Day Topshop LA Launch Culminates With Free Demi Lovato Concert

Demi Lovato went through the pain barrier to perform at the LA Topshop Launch

She might have a broken leg, but there was nothing stopping Demi Lovato from performing at the launch of the Los Angeles Topshop yesterday (February 14, 2013). Indeed, rather than hide away her broken peg (which would've been a thankless task to be honest,) the singer blinged it up with some studs, and looked pretty happy to be there, as one of a glut of celebs to appear at the store over two days.

The story officially launched yesterday on Valentine's Day, with Lovato on hand to sing as thousands of people poured through the doors on the first day of trading at the Topshop/Topman store at The Grove mall in Los Angeles. Lovato's appearance was high profile, but not quite as high profile as the glut of stars who'd turned up on the Wednesday night. As well as Kim Kardashian - who turned heads with the 'nude dress' that you can see in the picture above, the likes of Nicole Scherzinger, Jennifer Lopez, Katherine Jenkins, Julianne Hough and Chris Brown all put in an appearance at the new store.

Lovato was also there on the Wednesday night, according to Digital Spy, but there can't have been much partying on her front; she'll be on painkillers for one thing, and she was up pretty early to sing the next day. Not as early as her fans mind, with Yahoo reporting that people were up and queuing as early as 6am yesterday morning after the announcement that she would be peforming a free concert. That's commitment.
