In attempt to portray his character in a positive light, he also stressed that he would not have made the material available, as it was not in his nature, explaining: "Simply because I would find it ungentlemanly. I was brought up better than that." Talking to The Sun after the hearing, Justin revealed that he was relieved to have had a chance to tell his side of the story. "It can't happen soon enough," he told the newspaper. "I've had to move out of my home and it's been a nightmare for my family. I just want this sorted out so I can move on with my life."
Tulisa is reportedly trying to sue Justin Edwards for damages amounting to 100,000 for an alleged breach of privacy and confidentiality. He has been accused of leaking the six minute video, which was briefly available online for 3.90 but is now banned from sale. Edwards claims never to have owned the footage. Tulisa and Justin are now waiting for a date to be set for the next hearing.
