Tone Loc - Tone Loc Floored By Bad Food At Charity Show

Multiple reports suggested the Funky Cold Medina hitmaker suffered a seizure and fell to the floor at the fundraiser to benefit homeless charity My Friend's House.

Party guests claim he appeared to be gasping for air and an ambulance was called.

But sources close to the star insist the emergency wasn't what it appeared to be and the ambulance was quickly cancelled.

A spokesman for Tone Loc reveals the rapper was suffering from a bout of food poisoning and simply left the event after the apparent medical emergency and went home.

It's not the first time he has collapsed in public - just two months ago, Loc briefly passed out onstage at a concert in Austin, Texas. The incident was attributed to heat exhaustion. He was also hospitalised in Florida in 2009 after collapsing onstage.
