Rage Against The Machine - Tom Morello Headlines Occupy Gig

Rage Against The Machine guitarist Tom Morello celebrated the first anniversary of the Occupy Wall Street movement over the weekend (15-16Sep12) with a stirring rally gig at a concert organised by former Dead Kennedys frontman Jello Biafra.

Morello headlined the Foley Square showcase featuring protest songs by Bruce Springsteen and Woody Guthrie.

He told the faithful, "Hopefully today your eyes, ears, hearts and minds have been revolutionised by what you've seen and heard on the stage, and tomorrow you can go out to confront injustice wherever it rears its ugly head: your homes, your schools, your place of work, your city and country and the world at large."
